Glovo supported a project of “ Impuls” dedicated to help Ukraine

Glovo with support of one of the employees Oliver Graff has donated a certain amount to a village Ovlashy where the Co-founder is from that is located next to town Romny in Sumy Region, Ukraine. This amount will be spent on humanitarian help for elderly people, for big families( more than 3 kids) and for people who live in remote areas ( next to Ovlashy). We will also provide economical support to such people as well as will support refugees who have arrived to the area due to the war.

Furthermore, some money will be transferred to the monastery that is located nearby where they support local communities as well as newly arrived refugees. We will also acquire some stuff for the yard such as balls , etc and for the local “ civic center” that hopefully will be opened soon.

Russian forces appear to be retreating from the Sumy region in northeastern Ukraine. Thus, people from other areas started arriving in order to find a safe place.

Russia's forces may have pulled back in some parts of Ukraine more than a week ago, but the territorial defence force in the northern Sumy region is training and bracing for further attacks.
Once again, Thanks to Glovo for supporting our initiative and being open to collaborations for Ukraine.
